What I offer
My role is to ‘be’ with you ‘side-by-side’ – responsive to your need for a: consultant, facilitator, learning designer, action researcher, convenor, coach, mentor partner…for an hour, for a project, for a lifetime. I “dig in” with designers, leaders and teams seeking to discover root causes, leverage points, pathways to fresh ideas and transforming perspectives. I offer insight, compassion and listening, seeking the enduring thread that inspires the change and shift that you and your initiatives and communities long for… bringing it into being, into action – for measurable results.
- I work with organizational and community leaders and visionaries, resulting in increased capacity for transformational change.
- I engage with individuals and teams to design complex undertakings, often at the start and/or when there are ‘sticky bits’, smoothing the way forward.
- I facilitate dialogue and participatory processes for transforming limiting beliefs, creating clarity and pathways to collective action.
- I honour the creative, the spiritual and the reflective.
- I partner in the quest for truth and meaning.

The Way It Is
